The G3 Way is the culture, heart, and soul of our company.
The G3 Way is defined as our Code of Conduct. It is our written collection of the principles and cultural norms that our organization considers significant and holds fundamental to our successful operation. We expect all employees to behave in a manner that upholds and embraces The G3 Way as a part of our daily corporate life, supporting and reinforcing our values of Partnership, Pride, Ownership, and Effectiveness.
