With so many projects constantly going on all over the country and so many different specialties, products, and equipment, conferences and trade shows are the most effective way to unite this industry. But with COVID-19 and dealing with the effects of the pandemic, these meetings were canceled. However, now that vaccines have been rolled out, we can hold these events once again! Below are just some of the many conferences that are being held in 2021 and 2022.
World of Concrete
The World of Concrete is holding its very first virtual event on August 17-19 of this year. This event is a way for any party involved with construction to learn about many concrete-related topics, and provides an added level of security through its virtual platform. So forget about having to book a flight and hotel for the event; simply register on their site, and you are set!
Construction Management Association of America
The CMAA is hosting its annual conference in Philadelphia on September 12-14 of this year. This event is the CMAA’s flagship event. It includes a comprehensive exhibit hall, plenary and breakout sessions, and the annual Industry Recognition Awards. This event is also being offered virtually and hosts a virtual education program for those unable to attend.
New York Build Expo
New York’s leading construction and design show will be held in the Big Apple on March 2-3 of 2022. This is a huge event and hosts many great employees from companies such as Gensler, Langan, and many more. So be sure to register for this event and lock in your spot!
We invite you to look at the complete list of events from 2021 through 2022 to see which conference fits best with your schedule and interests. As always, we are so happy to see the industry resume these educational gatherings, and are excited about the new things we can learn and the opportunities to network.
