ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

 

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting our Business Development and Marketing efforts. The position will be based in either our Redlands or Cerritos offices.


Responsibilities:

  • Organizing weekly Quality Control leads
  • Review cover letters and estimates for readability and grammatical edits
  • Track proposals to ensure on-time submissions
  • Support proposal efforts by printing and assembling proposal materials when needed by Project Managers or Business Development team
  • Support weekly sales meeting


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
  • Extensive experience with word including development, formulation, and formatting
  • Prodigious attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp what needs to be done and to take fast action
  • Ability to balance taking initiative as a self-starter with group collaboration
  • Common sense problem solving with the strength of character to make recommendations
  • A team player with a good sense of humor
  • Effective and clear communicator written and verbal
  • Type a minimum of 50 words per minute
